Ford Transit Custom Persistent Transmission Issue

In March 2024, I purchased a Ford Transit Custom panel van with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Despite being under a thousand kilometers, the vehicle experienced a parking brake malfunction. The issue persisted even after servicing, and later, the mid-load door began malfunctioning. I was informed that such problems might occur occasionally. Additionally, I encountered issues like unusual sounds while turning the steering wheel and the vehicle autonomously braking downhill. On May 9, 2024, I brought the vehicle to the service center, only to be told two days later that there were no faults. They advised bringing it back if the problem recurred. Are we aware of the dangers posed by serious issues like sudden brake failure on the highway? Who will take responsibility in case of potential financial or more severe consequences?
