Hello, on November 29, 2023, I purchased an online ticket from SCAT Airlines for a 9:10 AM Astana-Istanbul flight. On November 28, 2023, I received a text message and email prompting me to complete online check-in. However, upon arriving at the airport at 7:15 AM on November 29, 2023, I was informed, after approximately an hour of discussions, that my flight had been canceled.
Shockingly, I received absolutely no prior notification via message or email about this cancellation. This blatant lack of communication caused immense inconvenience and significant financial loss, as I was left stranded and had to purchase a new ticket immediately. This incident resulted in both a considerable waste of my time and an unexpected financial burden. I am deeply frustrated by SCAT Airlines' negligence and their failure to inform passengers about such a critical change. I demand compensation for my time and the financial losses incurred due to their unannounced cancellation.
