Pegasus Airlines Lost Connections, Delayed Flights, and Damaged Goods
I am writing to bring to your attention the negative experience I encountered during my travels on 29.01.2024 with flight numbers Madrid Istanbul (PC1100) and the subsequent connecting flight Istanbul Ankara (PC2682). During the connecting flight, I experienced the following issues: 1. Due to the delay of the initial flight, I was unable to board the connecting flight. 2. Pegasus denied me permission to use their connection service at the airport. 3. As the next available flight was scheduled for the following day, I was directed to a hotel. However, I had to wait for 2 hours to retrieve my luggage before being taken to the hotel. 4. The food provided at the hotel (soup and meatballs) was cold and of poor quality. 5. The minibar in the hotel room was empty. 6. The last-minute transportation to the airport, which occurred 3 hours and 35 minutes before the flight. 7. Among the items in my luggage, there were broken perfumes and a tablet screen. Due to this unfortunate experience, I suffered losses during my one-day trip to Ankara, both financially and emotionally. Therefore, I am requesting compensation for all the inconveniences I faced.
