I purchased a FlixBus ticket through Omio and tried to cancel it well before my travel date. Despite following the cancellation process as instructed, neither Omio nor FlixBus refunded the amount to my credit card, nor did they help in resolving the issue.
Instead, FlixBus falsely claimed that my ticket (reservation number 3235585758) had already been canceled and converted into an open voucher worth €11.55—which I never agreed to or received confirmation of. I didn’t ask for credit. I asked for a full refund to my card, as I was entitled to.
It’s completely unacceptable that both platforms are ignoring my request and pointing fingers rather than taking accountability. I followed every step properly, canceled in time, and yet here I am, out of pocket and with no clear resolution.
