I Face FlixBus Trip Cancellation From Colmar to Basel Before My Flight

On October 9, 2025, at 10:10 AM, I purchased a FlixBus ticket for the Colmar–Basel route (reservation number: 3290783524). However, on October 5, 2025, at 11:00 PM, I received an email stating that my trip had been canceled and rescheduled for 4:05 PM. Because of this change, I will no longer be able to make it to my flight departing from Basel.

Although I contacted customer service, I have not yet received a response. I paid for my ticket by credit card and request a full refund or an alternative transportation option that aligns with my original travel time.

I’ve used FlixBus before, but this was going to be my first time traveling on this particular route. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved promptly and my inconvenience properly addressed.
