On 22 August 2026, I discovered an unauthorized debit of ₦10,312.61 from my Fidelity Bank account ending in 5044. The transaction appeared in my statement as “POS PURCHASE @US-AF4UWHUW-PDF-BILLING.COM” with transaction reference S13687655. I do not recognize this transaction and I did not knowingly authorize any subscription, recurring payment, or renewal connected to PDF-BILLING.COM. This situation is extremely concerning because the payment appears to have been processed without my clear knowledge or consent. I consider this an unauthorized transaction and I am reporting it simultaneously to PDF-BILLING.COM, Fidelity Bank, and True Serve, and I request an immediate and thorough investigation into how this charge was initiated and processed on my account. I demand a full refund of the ₦10,312.61 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription, recurring payment, or billing arrangement that may have been set up using my card or account details without my explicit consent. I also request written confirmation that any such subscriptions or billing profiles have been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account from PDF-BILLING.COM or through the same channel.
