Flipkart Payment Deducted But iPhone 16 Plus Order Missing

I recently saw an online offer page that appeared to be from Flipkart, showing an iPhone 16 Plus for 485 ₹. Trusting that it was a genuine Flipkart-related page, I proceeded with the payment. On 9 October at around 7:13 a.m., I paid 485 ₹ through my FamX wallet for an order that was shown there as a Flipkart order. The payment was successful and I received a digital transaction receipt with an order reference similar to ORDER1675684227. However, after the payment, the page got stuck on the payment screen and did not move forward to any order confirmation. When I checked my Flipkart account and order section, no order was placed or visible there, even though the 485 ₹ has been deducted from my FamX wallet. At the moment I have neither an order nor my money back. I request that this situation be investigated urgently, that my 485 ₹ be refunded to me, and that I be informed whether this payment was actually received by Flipkart or if it was a fraudulent page using Flipkart’s name.
