Fraudulent Activity On Fampay And Instagram By Thriftt Therapie

In July 2026 I ordered two tops from an Instagram thrift page named “Thriftt Therapie”. As requested by the seller, I paid a total of ₹870 on 25 July 2026 to Sita Ram Chaudhary via the Fampay app, and the transaction was successfully completed, with transaction ID FMPIB6269220004. Before paying, I contacted the page on Instagram to ask about their collection, prices and the tops I was interested in. After receiving the payment, however, the page stopped responding to my messages and I never received the two tops I paid for. Shortly afterwards, the Instagram account was deleted or deactivated, so many of the previous messages now appear as “unavailable message” and I can no longer contact them or track my order in any way. I request that my complaint be reviewed and that the 870 ₹ I paid be fully refunded, or that another appropriate solution be provided so that my financial loss is compensated.
