Fixbet Didn’t Add My USDT Deposit Despite Providing Payment Receipt

On October 31, 2025, I deposited $240 worth of USDT into my Fixbet account using the crypto payment method. During the transaction, no reference code or transaction number was provided. However, the amount never appeared in my account.
I contacted customer service and shared both my payment receipt and proof of transfer with them. Despite this, the support team claimed they were unable to locate the transaction, and my issue remains unresolved.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I request that the $240 deposit be credited to my Fixbet account (username: elpin123) as soon as possible.
