Fixbet Didn’t Credit My $113 Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation of Transfer
On 24.11.2025 at 12:13, I deposited $113 into my Fixbet account via bank transfer through TEB Bank. I completed the transfer to the recipient name ib*** ba***. Even though the transaction showed as successful in my bank records and I received confirmation that the funds were delivered to the recipient, the amount has not been credited to my Fixbet balance in any way.
I contacted Fixbet live support and customer service multiple times. Each time, they dismissed the issue by saying it was “bank-related” and did not provide any assistance. I then contacted my bank again, and they confirmed definitively that the payment had been delivered to the recipient.
For all these reasons, I request that Fixbet urgently credit the $113 payment to my account and resolve the issue I have experienced without any further delay.
