Fixbet Not Crediting Deposits and Offering No Solution
On 22.11.2025 at 13:59, I deposited $45 into my Fixbet account via bank transfer. I made the transfer specifically to load funds into my account, and I have the receipt as proof. My username is meyrem314031.
When the money did not appear in my account, I contacted Fixbet live support through their website. During the conversation, they said they checked with the finance department and claimed that no money had been received. After I sent them the receipt, they supposedly checked again, but I still received the same response: “Your payment has not been deposited.” Even though I proved the transaction with a bank-issued receipt, the payment was never credited to my account, and no solution was offered.
I request that my payment be investigated, credited to my Fixbet account, and that I receive a clear and written explanation regarding this entire process.
