Fixbet Keeps Blaming the Bank While My Deposit Is Missing
On 21.11.2025 at 15:44:30, I deposited $114 into my Fixbet account via bank transfer. I completed the transfer to the recipient name M*** A****.** Although the transaction shows as successful and my bank confirmed that the funds were delivered to the recipient, the amount has not been credited to my Fixbet balance in any way.
I contacted Fixbet live support and customer service multiple times about this issue. Each time, they dismissed the situation by saying it was “bank-related,” and no assistance was provided. I then contacted my bank again, and they confirmed definitively that the payment was successfully delivered to the recipient.
For all these reasons, I request that Fixbet urgently credit the $114 to my account and resolve the issue I have experienced as soon as possible.
