Fixbet Bank Transfer Not Reflected And Site Claims Recipient Isn’t Theirs

I have been using the Fixbet betting site for a while and have previously deposited money by bank transfer without any problems. However, on 07.12.2025 at around 00:00, I deposited ₺10,000 via Yapı Kredi mobile banking with a wire/EFT transaction, and this amount has still not been reflected in my Fixbet balance. While making the deposit, the IBAN and the full name of the recipient appeared directly on the site, and I transferred the money to the account information shown there. When I contacted Fixbet’s live support about the problem, they told me that the person to whom I sent the money does not belong to them. This is very concerning, because the IBAN and name were provided to me through the site during the loading process. I have deposited money in the same way before and never had a problem, which leads me to suspect that some staff member or authorized person may be taking money without the knowledge of the site owners. My Fixbet username is “ferhat***08”. I request that the ₺10,000 that I sent with the bank transfer be urgently identified and credited to my account, or, if this is not possible, that my money be refunded. I also want this situation to be thoroughly investigated so that it does not happen to other users and so that those responsible are identified.
