Fitbod Support Ignored My Subscription Issue and Has Poor Communication Options
Dealing with the Fitbod app support team has been quite annoying, and I really don't know how they run things. When I contacted someone about a subscription problem, they were utterly unresponsive and useless. I emailed them outlining my specific issue in great detail, yet their response arrived several days later and was evasive, contemptuous, and ineffective. They seem to have little regard for their consumers or correct resolution of problems. They lack a LiveChat choice, which would greatly simplify correspondence. Rather, they depend just on badly handled tickets and email. I truly hope the Fitbod team reviews this and enhances their customer service mechanism.
