Fitwell Premium Not Working for 2 Months—No Access, No Support

I purchased a 1-year Premium membership for the Fitwell app, but for the past two months, the app has been stuck in "maintenance mode." I cannot access any workouts or programs, making my paid subscription completely useless.
I’ve emailed Fitwell multiple times, but they have not responded. This is incredibly frustrating—I paid for a service that I am not receiving, and there is no customer support to address the issue.
Fitwell, I demand a resolution! Either fix the app immediately or issue a refund for the time I have lost. This is unacceptable, and I will not let my money go to waste. I expect a prompt response and a solution to my problem!
