Fitwell App Won’t Open Despite Paid Subscription
I paid for an annual Fitwell subscription, yet the app has not been working for an entire month! I am not the only one facing this issue—many other users are experiencing the same problem. Despite this, there has been no response or resolution from the company. This is completely unacceptable! If I am paying for a service, I expect it to work. Fitwell needs to fix this issue immediately or refund all affected users. I will not continue to pay for an app that doesn’t function. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint to higher authorities. Fitwell, respond now—either fix the app or give me my money back!
