Fitwell App Not Working After Renewal – No Support or Refund
I have been a loyal Fitwell user since the app was launched and enjoyed using it. However, after renewing my membership, the app has been completely unusable for the past 2-3 weeks, constantly showing error messages and failing to open.
I reached out to customer support via email, but I have received no response and have found no way to contact an actual representative. At this point, it seems like Fitwell has stopped functioning altogether, yet they continue to take users’ money.
Since I paid for a service that no longer works, I demand a full refund immediately. Fitwell, respond to your users and process my refund now! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
