Fitwell Paid Membership Not Working – App Stuck in Maintenance for a Month

I am a paid member of Fitwell, but for the past month, I have been unable to use the app. Every time I try to access it, it just says "under maintenance" with no further explanation.
I have reached out to customer support multiple times via email, but I have received no response at all. There is no announcement, no updates, and no information on when the app will be available again. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating, especially for paying members.
If the app is going to remain unusable for an extended period, why is there no official notice or refund option? Fitwell needs to either fix the issue immediately or provide compensation for the lost time. I expect a resolution as soon as possible.
