Fisher Price Geo Travel System Baby Stroller Broke Down in 9 Months

I bought a Geo model travel system stroller from Fisher Price and it broke in 9 months, contacted Fisher-Price customer service for help, they were understanding at first and promised a refund because the stroller was under warranty. They needed some information, my optimism turned to frustration when Fisher-Price told me the stroller was a licensed product and out of their jurisdiction. This sudden change in stance confused and disappointed me because I relied on their support to resolve the issue. Since that exchange, I've tried to contact Fisher-Price's customer service team for two months without success, just warning others who might buy Fisher-Price products.
