Find My Kids Subscription Error Causing Apple Account Restriction
On December 27, 2025, I attempted to renew my existing Find My Kids subscription through Apple. The renewal fee was 1,699 TL, but the payment could not be completed because the limit on my virtual card was insufficient. Later, when I reviewed the available plans, I noticed that the same service was offered at a lower price, so I switched to a more affordable plan. However, instead of treating this as a separate and valid subscription, the system appears to have linked it to the previous failed renewal attempt.
I intentionally did not increase my virtual card limit because I did not want to proceed with the original renewal. Despite the payment failure, the unsuccessful transaction is now showing in my Apple account as if it were an outstanding balance. As a result, I am currently unable to download new apps on my phone. Being restricted from installing apps due to a failed payment attempt is causing serious inconvenience and makes the situation difficult to manage.
What makes this worse is that I cannot find any proper support channel—either on Apple’s side or Find My Kids’ side—where I can clearly explain my issue or speak with a representative. I request that this issue be reviewed under record number 122825615.
My Request:
The new subscription I purchased after the failed renewal attempt should be recognized as valid starting from December 27, 2025, and set to run for 6 months.
The restriction on my Apple account caused by the failed payment attempt should be immediately removed.
No charges should be made for the failed renewal attempt.
My Apple account should be restored so that I can download apps normally again.
