Findmykids Subscription Not Canceled and Still Charging

I don’t even remember when I downloaded the Findmykids app, and it hasn’t been installed on my phone for a long time—I’m not actively using it. Despite this, I recently noticed that for about the past 6 months (or possibly longer), a recurring subscription charge has been deducted from my VakıfBank account every month as a mail order/subscription payment.

I do not accept being charged for an app that I do not use and that is not even installed on my device. I did not cancel the subscription through the app or Google Play because I was not even aware that my subscription was still active.

I request that Findmykids immediately cancel this ongoing subscription and refund all charges that have been unfairly collected over the past 6 months.
