Findmykids Paid Subscription Not Unlocking Key Features

About 5 days ago, I purchased a subscription to the Findmykids app for approximately $18 (600 TL). However, I am unable to use any of the features that I consider to be essential. In particular, I want to restrict or set time limits on the apps my children use on their iPhones. But whenever I try to access these features, my own iPhone keeps redirecting me to upgrade to a higher-tier subscription, and I cannot proceed with the plan I already purchased.
Despite paying for a subscription, I am unable to receive the service because I am constantly being pushed toward a more expensive package. I also cannot find a clear customer support channel or phone number to resolve the issue on my own.
I request that all features promised under my current subscription—especially app restriction and screen time control—be fully activated. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the 600 TL I paid.
