I purchased the Findmykids app with a one-year prepaid subscription for ₺599 to use it with the Smart Blue smartwatch, which was shown in the app’s list of compatible devices.
However, even though I carefully followed all the setup instructions in the app, I keep receiving a warning that my watch is not supported. I have been experiencing this issue for three days. During this time, I submitted a support request through the app, but the only reply I received was an automated message saying the watch is not supported. No alternative solution was offered.
Since it was clearly stated at the time of purchase that my watch was compatible, not being able to use the app has caused me significant frustration. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that I receive a refund for paying for an app I cannot use.
