Findmykids Charged Me but Did Not Add Purchased Minutes

On March 16, 2026, at 11:26:05 PM, I purchased minutes for the “listen to surroundings” feature in the Findmykids app by paying 19.99 TL. Although the payment was successfully charged to my account, no minutes were added to my account within the app.

I am using the application on an Android phone. To check if the issue was resolved, I restarted the app, but my listening minutes were still not credited, and I am unable to use the service. Not being able to access a service I paid for has caused me inconvenience.

I request that Findmykids add the purchased listening minutes to my account as soon as possible.
