Find My Kids Parent Controls Keep Turning Off by Themselves

I am writing regarding a serious issue with the Find My Kids application, which I use to monitor and manage my child's phone.

My child's device is an Android phone, while I use an iPhone. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a major problem with the parental control feature. The restrictions on my child's phone are repeatedly disabled, either on their own or in a way that allows my child to continue using applications that should remain blocked. As a result, the core purpose of the application is no longer being fulfilled.

This issue has been ongoing for a long time. Whenever I configure the parental control settings, they work for no more than two days before becoming disabled again. Once this happens, my child is able to access and use restricted applications. My child insists that they are not changing any settings, but regardless of the cause, the parental controls are consistently being turned off. A child should not be able to disable or bypass these restrictions under normal circumstances, yet the current system appears to allow exactly that.

I subscribed to Find My Kids on September 21, 2025, paying ₺999.99 for the service. Despite paying for a premium subscription, I believe the application contains a serious security flaw that prevents it from delivering the parental control functionality it promises.

I have previously reported this issue through the application's support system, but I have not received any response. The email address associated with my account is i*@hotmail.com**.

I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and permanently resolved as soon as possible. The parental controls should not be capable of being disabled or bypassed on the child's device without the parent's authorization.

If this problem cannot be permanently fixed, I request a full refund of the subscription fee due to the service not functioning as intended.
