Findmykids Screen Time Tracking Not Available After Purchase

I purchased a Premium subscription for the Findmykids mobile application (I paid approximately $35 / 1,200 TL annually via the App Store). However, since the day I subscribed, I have only been able to restrict my child’s apps collectively; there is no option to block specific apps individually. For example, I want to allow certain apps like WhatsApp while restricting others, but this is not possible.

Additionally, despite being clearly advertised, I cannot see how much time my child spends on each app. These features were explicitly stated as part of the Premium subscription, but the app does not deliver them, which I believe constitutes misleading advertising.

I was also unable to find any contact information to resolve these issues, so I could not receive support.

My primary request is for the application to be fixed to function as promised. If this is not possible, I request that my subscription be canceled and that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid.
