Finda charged my account without my knowledge and subscribed me to a service I never agreed to. I only intended to use the app once, and even then, it didn’t deliver the results I expected. I had no idea that using it a single time would result in a recurring subscription or any automatic payment.

I never gave permission for any ongoing charges, yet money keeps being withdrawn from my account without warning. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of users who don’t consent to being enrolled.

Finda, cancel my subscription immediately and stop charging me without approval. I want the unauthorized payments refunded and a confirmation that this won’t happen again. This kind of behavior is unacceptable—fix it now.
