Finda App Charged Me Without Consent After One-Time Use

I downloaded the Finda app just yesterday, planning to use it only once for a small transaction. The app clearly stated a charge of just $1.83 (around ₺60), which I accepted and paid. However, to my shock, today I saw an additional unauthorized charge of $79.07 withdrawn from my account—without any notice, confirmation, or consent.

I never subscribed, signed up for a trial, or agreed to any recurring payments. I simply used the app one time and deleted it. This feels incredibly deceptive. The fact that such a high amount was pulled from my account without warning is outrageous.

Finda must immediately reverse this unauthorized transaction and ensure that no further charges occur. I expect a full refund of the ₺2,580 charged today. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will be forced to report the app for fraudulent behavior and escalate this with my bank. This is unacceptable and needs urgent correction.
