Figma Monthly Tried to Bill Me Without Consent for an Unknown Subscription

I had never opened or used the Figma Monthly app until yesterday—in fact, I didn’t even know such an app existed. However, on March 2, an attempt was made to charge $19 from my account. Due to insufficient balance, only $1 was successfully charged. This transaction occurred without my permission. I was not aware that I had any subscriptions, and I do not know who created this subscription.
I request that my subscription and all associated accounts be completely deleted and closed. I also request a refund for the financial loss I have suffered.
