Figma Store Canceled My iPhone Order After Taking Payment Without My Consent

I placed an order today at 3:09 PM through Figma for an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB Orange (Importer Warranty). The payment was successfully charged from my bank account, and the charge is still visible. However, my order was automatically canceled at 8:27 PM without any approval, request, or action on my part.

Even though I did not request a cancellation, I do not accept that my order was canceled by the system. I demand that order number IDE6945404b3ada1 be reinstated and shipped to me at the same price, with the same product and under the same conditions.

Despite my payment being taken, my order was canceled without my knowledge and before the product was shipped. Because of this, I am experiencing a loss, and I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that the entire process be explained to me in writing.
