I’m charged for a Pro plan I canceled in Figma, how can I get a refund or stop billing?

If you’re charged for a Figma Pro plan you already canceled;

• Contact Figma support via in-app support or email and explain that billing continued after cancellation
• Provide your account email, team/workspace name, cancellation date, invoice number(s), and screenshots showing the charge

Ask them to;

• Verify the cancellation status on their system
• Stop all future billing immediately
• Refund the post-cancellation charge or any unused period

If the problem persists;

• Keep cancellation confirmation, invoices, and emails
• Check whether the charge came from a team workspace you’re still part of
• Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge if needed
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund and billing correction
