Fiat Refused Warranty on My 2020 Egea Urban Plus With Gear and Clutch Issues

I own a 2020 model (registered in 2021) Fiat Egea 1.4 Urban Plus, and all of its maintenance has been carried out at the Van Şengüller dealership. While driving, the car suddenly stopped shifting gears, and it had to be towed to the service center. Without even inspecting the vehicle for a minute, the technician claimed that the pressure plate needed replacement and insisted it wasn’t covered under warranty. The car has only 45,000 km on it and had previously been repaired twice at the same service due to issues with shifting into 5th and 6th gears and noise from the clutch pedal. The service quoted ₺24,000 just for labor, with the cost of parts to be determined afterward—bringing the total to around ₺50,000–60,000. Since I urgently needed the vehicle, I had it repaired in an industrial garage with original parts and labor for just ₺8,250. I didn’t expect the dealership and garage prices to match, but the difference is outrageous. I reported the situation to Fiat HQ, and while they called back and agreed with me, nothing was done to resolve my complaint. I requested an inspection of the removed part, but they refused and simply said, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” A car with only 45,000 km having such a major issue should have at least had its parts examined properly—especially since the pressure plate had no defect and the problem lay elsewhere. We’ve clearly been overpaying the service center for years, and it’s clear Fiat doesn’t stand behind its vehicles after the sale. They claim to have warned the Şengüller dealership, but that does nothing to fix the damage done.
