I purchased my 2016 Fiat Egea on 11.08.2025, and before buying it, I contacted Göker Service and Fiat customer service to ask whether the major maintenance had been performed, especially if the transmission oil had been changed. Both the service center and customer service assured me that all maintenance had been done at the authorized service center and that the transmission oil had definitely been changed. However, I later learned that although the first owner had all maintenance carried out at Göker Authorized Service, the transmission oil was not replaced during the 60,000 km service on 05.02.2024. At that time, the service advisor was C**** İ***, and the car had 54,000 km and was 8 years old. Despite this, the oil was not changed, and the first owner was told all maintenance was completed. On 03.10.2024, when the car was again taken to the service for bodywork, the transmission oil was still not replaced. I began to suspect issues after experiencing vibrations and jerks during gear shifts, and upon checking through the Fiat Yol Arkadaşım app, I confirmed that the transmission oil had never been changed, even though the service had claimed otherwise. When I discussed the matter again with Mr. M**** from Göker Service, he said, “We always change the transmission oil for vehicles older than 3 years or over 60,000 km, but I don’t know why it wasn’t done in this case. You can have it changed at the nearest service, there’s nothing I can do.” He also claimed the oil was “lifetime” and good for up to 100,000 km. My car now has 68,000 km and is 9 years old, and although all maintenance has been done at Göker Service, the transmission oil has never been replaced. I believe this has caused wear in the transmission. I have screenshots of the maintenance records, and I request that the transmission oil be replaced free of charge or that a discount be provided for this service. I also ask for a clear explanation of the situation and for my grievance to be resolved.
