Fiat Told Me to Replace Brake Pads on My 2022 Egea at Only 28900 Km

85

I purchased my 2022 model Fiat Egea brand new, and at only 28,900 km, I was informed during a service check that the brake pads needed to be replaced, with a cost of ₺8,000. My car is still under warranty! While the average lifespan of a clutch and brake pads is around 90,000 km, how can a brand-new car run out of brake pads at just 28,900 km? Fiat has not provided any solution to this issue. I am requesting a refund for this cost. How can a 2.5-year-old car, purchased brand new, wear out its brake discs? Why am I being charged despite the car being under warranty? I urgently demand that this issue is resolved, my grievance addressed, and my losses compensated.
