Fiat Egea Turbo Failure at 58,000 km Sparks Warranty Dispute With Authorized Service

My 2023 Fiat Egea 1.3 Multijet Easy Sedan had about 58,000 kilometers on it when the malfunction light came on in early March. Because the vehicle has an extended warranty, I took it to the authorized service center in central Sivas. After inspections, I was told the problem was a turbo failure and that the turbo needed to be replaced. The vehicle’s 20,000-kilometer maintenance was actually performed at 29,000 kilometers based on the service center’s own statement and guidance. Despite this, they claimed the current turbo failure is not covered under warranty because of that situation and demanded approximately $3,168 for the turbo replacement. Even though the vehicle is under an extended warranty and the maintenance was carried out at an authorized service center, I do not accept being charged for this expense. I request that my grievance be resolved and that the turbo failure and all necessary repairs be handled under my vehicle’s extended warranty without any charge to me.

I requested a repair under the extended warranty due to a turbo failure, but the service is charging a fee and not offering a solution. So far I have received no attention or resolution. I haven't received any callback or feedback at all.
