Fiat Refused My Warranty Claim for Doblo Maxi Turbo Failure at 22000 Km

My 2022 model Fiat Doblo Maxi 1.6 Multijet vehicle (license plate: 06 DKS ***) experienced a turbo failure despite having only 22,000 km on it. I took the car to an authorized service center and requested that the turbo issue be covered under warranty. However, both the authorized Fiat service and Fiat Turkey claimed it was due to "lack of maintenance" and refused to cover it under warranty. All maintenance for my vehicle has been carried out at authorized service centers, including the 15,000 km periodic service, which was completed without any issues. Even though the engine oil and filter were changed on time, the claim of maintenance neglect is completely baseless. I reported the situation to Fiat Turkey in writing, but they excluded the issue from the warranty without providing any technical proof. If there was any maintenance deficiency during the service, the responsibility lies with the service center, not the customer. I am dissatisfied with Fiat Turkey’s approach to customer satisfaction and their arbitrary rejection of the warranty. I demand that this situation be resolved and my grievance addressed. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all my legal rights. I leave it to the public to judge how a major brand like Fiat Turkey can treat its customers so unfairly.

Can you look at the price the dealer quoted for the vehicle? If a vehicle with an ongoing warranty breaks down after dealer maintenance and there is no collision or anything, the dealer should fix this, but they are charging the customer. Fiat is a regret. As long as the grievance is not resolved, we as a family will not buy anything from Fiat again...
