Fiat Ducato 2023 Engine Failure Not Covered Under Warranty

Despite completing all scheduled maintenance on time for my 2023 model Fiat Ducato 17 m³ vehicle with the license plate 34HTY061, a major engine failure occurred at 60,000 km. When it was time for an oil change, I called the Çorlu Fiat service center but was told they couldn’t give me an appointment due to high demand. The authorized personnel assured me that delaying the oil change by up to 2,000 km would not cause any problems. Trusting this statement, I drove to Diyarbakır, but since I couldn’t get an appointment there either, I took the vehicle to Mardin. I have voice recordings of all these conversations, clearly proving that I couldn’t secure an appointment and that my vehicle sustained damage during this period. The vehicle has now been waiting at the authorized Fiat service center in Mardin for about 15 days. Although the oil change was only slightly overdue, the engine failed, and I was informed that the entire engine must be replaced. Even though the vehicle is still under warranty, I was told the repair would not be covered and that I would have to pay approximately ₺450,000 for the replacement. The incident occurred about 25 days ago, and my vehicle has been waiting at the service for nearly 20 days. When I contacted Fiat customer service, they said the issue was being investigated and that I would be contacted, but I have yet to receive any response. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Our company frequently uses heavy-duty vehicles from major brands, and this is by far the most unprofessional experience we have faced. It is unacceptable for a vehicle under warranty to experience a complete engine failure within just two years and for the customer to be charged for it. As a publishing company that regularly works with other publishers who rely on such vehicles, we will have to share this negative experience within our network. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and that the engine be replaced free of charge under warranty. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action through our lawyers and make this matter public across all available platforms, including social media.
