Fiat Dealer's Unexplained Delay in Appointment

I am very upset with the Ali Ugurlu Fiat Dealer in Ankara because my written request for an appointment seems to have vanished. Even stranger is the fact that people whose requests were sent in even a month later have already gotten the vehicle they wanted. As a person with a disability, I thought I would get to the front of the line instead of being left behind. It looks like we aren't even in the normal order of things. I don't know what to do to buy a car from you, but other people seem to have no trouble at all. This needs to be fixed right away, and I need to know how other people are able to lock up their cars while I'm left waiting in the dark.
