I Can't Purchase Renault Taliant Or Clio For Disabled Individuals

I'm writing from Turkey and just wanted to vent about how frustrating it is to buy a car as a disabled person.  apparently there's a waitlist of like 4-5 months and not many cars available.  Also, the prices they gave me are way higher than what you'd normally find. searching for  a 65 horsepower Taliant or Clio, but can't seem to find one that fits my budget, they are asking for some more illegally. Getting a good ride should be easy and convenient for folks who need it to get around and do their thing. But the truth is, it's actually way different,  I gotta wait like 4 to 5 months just to be considered for a car, it's not for sure even. It's super inconvenient.I don't know if they'll understand but this waiting list thing is just causing delays and making it harder for disabled folks to get the transportation they need on time.
