Fiat Hasn't Repaired My Doblo After Two Months Due to Missing Parts

I bought a new Doblo from your dealer ASF İstanbul this year for a significant amount of money. I had an accident with my car on 11/07/2024. I took my car to your service Banoto Bursa on 17/07/2024. Damage was assessed, and parts were requested. About two and a half months have passed, and despite my repeated calls, the parts still haven't arrived, and my car has not been repaired. The service has no information on when the parts will arrive. Since I use my car for work, my tasks have been significantly delayed, and I've been mentally exhausted during this process. Please help me with this issue so that I can speak positively about Fiat and share my experience of having my problem resolved.
