Damage was assessed, and parts were requested. About two and a half months have passed, and despite my repeated calls, the parts still haven't arrived, and my car has not been repaired. The service has no information on when the parts will arrive. Since I use my car for work, my tasks have been significantly delayed, and I've been mentally exhausted during this process.
