I am making use of a Ferroli combi at the moment, and I have been waiting for a connection for the past half an hour. My level of discontent cannot be overstated. What sort of a service is this, exactly? They have told me that they are "looking into it," and I have been waiting for several hours. Regarding the customer service at Ferroli, I am definitely going to complain. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
