Missing FedEx Package for 7 Months – No Updates or Resolution

I am beyond frustrated with FedEx’s handling of my packages, which have been missing for over seven months now. After receiving two tracking numbers, I waited, only to receive a message one month later asking if someone was available to sign for the package. No one contacted me directly, and since then, I've had no further updates. The main tracking number I have is 5841****520000, while the other was inexplicably deleted. Each day, the status reads "awaiting delivery," indicating PTT as the carrier. However, every time I go to PTT, they tell me it’s not with them. I've been misled multiple times—I've even been directed to a non-existent Media Markt in Merzifon.
After visiting FedEx locations in both Izmir and Istanbul, I received the same vague responses. This experience has been both painful and insulting. I expect FedEx to locate my packages and provide a clear resolution, as this situation is unacceptable. Please help me recover my items and put an end to this exhausting ordeal.
