Halkbank to Binance Transaction Gone Awry, Seeking Resolution

I moved 1430 TL from my Halkbank account to a Binance account at Akbank on July 24, 2023. Unfortunately, the money I sent doesn't show up in my Binance TR account, and it hasn't been returned either. I've been to both Halkbank and Akbank, but they say they can't do anything about the problem. My money is in limbo now, and I need help as soon as possible. Who can help? I want Binance to look into it right away and put the money back in my account as soon as possible. It's frustrating and scary that my money is stuck and I can't see a way out. As a customer, I trust that Binance will act quickly to solve this problem and give me a satisfactory answer.
