Favemarts Order Not Matching Description

I purchased a pair of rimless reading glasses from Favemarts online on 1 May 2026, and I received the order on 7 May 2026. However, the glasses I received are not as described on the website and are clearly a different pair from what was shown and advertised in the product listing. Since the product I received does not match the description, I would like to return these glasses. I request that Favemarts provide me with a return option for this order and handle the process in a smooth and hassle-free way.
