Boyner Refused Refund After Prada Sunglasses Price Drop
On November 4, 2025, I purchased a pair of Prada B06s 15w03N 59-13 model sunglasses from Boyner’s website under order number 4157300489. Just two days after purchasing the product, I noticed that the price of the same sunglasses had been reduced by ₺800. I called Boyner customer service twice to request a refund for the price difference. However, the representatives stated that refunds for price differences are only made if the discount occurs after 30 days and if the product is sold directly by Boyner. I could not find any such information on Boyner’s website, and despite pointing this out, no solution was offered. Since my product is unused and the price change occurred shortly after purchase, I request that the ₺800 price difference be refunded to me.
