Joom Sent Faulty Glasses and Ignored My Return Requests


The Lightview reading glasses we ordered from Joom on November 17 were delivered on November 25. However, when we opened the package and tried the product, we noticed that one of the built-in lights was not working, and the prescription strength was much higher than what we needed. We wanted to submit a return request immediately on the first day, but it was extremely difficult to find a proper contact or return option within the app, so we were unable to proceed.
So far, we have sent three separate messages through Joom explaining the situation, but we have not received any response for over a week. No one has contacted us, and no guidance or solution has been provided. This experience is genuinely discouraging and makes shopping on the platform very frustrating.
I am requesting that the return process for this defective product be initiated as soon as possible and that the full amount we paid be refunded to us without any deductions.
