I ordered two pairs of Ray Ban Meta glasses from Eyebuydirect.com to Austin, Texas, United States, under order numbers 1243211876 and 124740485. When I received them on 02/20/2026 and 03/06/2026, I realized that both pairs were the wrong size and did not fit me properly. Since then, I have been trying to return these glasses within the “no questions asked 14-day return” period stated in your policy. For over two weeks, I have repeatedly tried to reach your customer service by calling, sending messages and emailing multiple times. Despite all these attempts, I have not received any response or support regarding how to proceed with the return. I request that you accept the return of both pairs as soon as possible, exchange one pair for the correct size, and issue a full refund for the second pair in line with your 14-day return policy. I expect this issue to be handled promptly and that I am clearly informed about the return process and the timeline for the exchange and refund.
