How long a Farfetch return takes and how to track refund status:

Return processing time:
Once your item arrives at the Farfetch warehouse or partner boutique, it goes through a quality check.
• Inspection usually takes up to 6 business days.
• After approval, the refund is issued within up to 14 days using the original payment method.
• Your bank may show the refund later depending on processing times.

How to track the return:
• Log in to your Farfetch account → My Orders.
You’ll see statuses like:
– Return created — request opened.
– Return in transit — parcel on the way.
– Return received — arrived at the warehouse.
– Return processed — refund sent.

You can also track the parcel using the return shipment tracking number.

If the money hasn’t arrived:
• Check that the status shows processed.
• Review your bank statement—some refunds post with delay.
• If over 20 business days have passed, contact Farfetch support with your order number, return date, tracking number, and payment method.

Tip: Keep all return documents—tracking ID, receipt, confirmation email.

If Farfetch delays the refund or gives no update, file a complaint on Xolvie to speed up the resolution.
