Farfetch Order Return Delayed Due to UPS Customs Issues
I attempted to return my Farfetch order via UPS before it even reached me due to unnecessary customs complications. However, the return process is completely stuck because Farfetch has not responded.
I don’t understand how a company of this size operates with such poor customer service. They are requesting unnecessary and complicated procedures, making the return process impossible. Despite multiple attempts, I still have no resolution.
I demand immediate action to process my return and get my money back. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect Farfetch support to resolve this as soon as possible.
