Farfetch App Shows No Updates After €152 Order Stuck in Customs

I made a purchase through the Farfetch app on February 19, 2025, totaling €152, which included €132 for the product plus €20 shipping. The product got stuck in customs. I decided to have it returned through UPS. UPS stated they would communicate this to the site. I still haven't received any response from the Farfetch app. Has anyone gotten any results?
